Which include, great map integration, rss feed for your search, email updates on sales and new listings in the area of your search and the ability to ask questions about the neighborhood and area you are interested in buying, in real time. There are hand full of other useful features you can check out for yourself on their site.

In a deal worth 7.4 Billion dollars the German car company DaimlerChrysler sold off its controlling interest in the once great American car company Chrysler. DaimlerAG, which manufactures the Mercedes line of luxury autos, has been talking about spinning the company for the last year. Chrysler has been in fiscal trouble for a number of years and after its drop to number four in the American market behind Toyota, it was clear something needed to change.
The new owner Cerberus Capital Management is a private firm that owns among other things a couple of major car rental companies. Know for their ability to restructure companies in trouble, it should be interesting to see what miricles they can work on Chrysler.

It appears the producers of the 1987 hit Wallstreet are lining up to make another movie. When I first read the headline there was some excitement in the old man. But as I read on there will be no Stone or Sheen. It is feeling like another attempt from our friends in Hollywood to cash in on the past. I am going to cross my fingers on this one. The return of Gekko would be badass!

This summer you may actually have a reason to switch to T-Moblie. Unless you switched late last year to get your hands on the new kiddy Sidekick III. Either way the mobile provider we be the first in the US to offer WiFi cell phones. What does this mean for you and me. The phone will have the ablity to switch between the cell tower and your local wifi internet connection for service. The mobile companies have been talking about this technology for sometime now and I have been sceptical about just how well it will work. I know this is the future of mobile communication. I just think this initial offering is going to be one rocky road. Let me know if you are one of those lucky souls who gets to test.

Last year it was defeated in the House and this year it looked like it was going to be beaten in the Senate, but it past. Colorado joins 13 other states to pass an indoor smoking ban! This is the best St. Patty’s day’s gift a boy like me could get!
Smoking, outside!

Looks as though Ford Motor Company, you know the company that brought you such lovelies as the Pinto and Fiesteva, is going lay off 30,000. I was just thinking, maybe if they wouldn’t have been fucking around with the Taurus this last 20 years and made something drivable. Then maybe they wouldn’t have to lay off so many, maybe just some of the fat cats at the top.
You know it’s funny; you don’t see Toyota making such cuts. They make cars here too.

In 1995 when DIA in Denver opened for business it was the biggest and most advanced airport at the time. Its shinning achievement was it automated baggage system. It was triumphed as the end all in baggage delivery from the plane to the terminal. It was computer controlled and rail driven. It would change airports forever.
Now as many of you know, it was the biggest joke on opening day. It was not working correctly. It was miss-delivering bags and chewing them up when they did reach the right place. It was abandon quickly and replaced with manual bag delivery.
Over the last ten years full portions of the system have been up and running. But it seems Untied and DIA have finally given up on the system. This month it will be shut down and the manual system will be used.

Over the last couple of weeks the Chinese and the Japanese have been yelling at each other over the Great War. Yes, people are still pissed about something that happened 50 some years ago. It’s like my parents not being able to forgive me for something that happen 20 years ago. Get over it; I just burned up the car and killed the dog?
Now, I know about some of the shit the Japanese’s (Jap’s as my grandfather call’s them) did to the Chinese or Chinks (as one of my close friends calls them). Lets face it though, the Jap’s had started invading islands and countries. They needed natural resources. They hate the Chinese, so the end result is, invade the country take what you want and kill the rest? WAR!
Well it seems the Jap’s never apologized for waging war on the Chinese. They had mixed words and danced around the issue but had never said, “Sorryâ€.
Last week some young Chinese ramble raisers were outside the Jap Embassy in Shanghai throwing rocks. It seems not only did they not apologize but some new Jap history books tell a different story about the war. Seems the Jap books say the occupation and mass killing, was not as bad as it seemed. Guess that kind of thing can really piss someone off?
Today, in a grand gesture, the Jap’s will apologize to the Chinese. I think it will go something like this, “hey sorry about all the killing 50 years ago, it won’t happen again (wink) as long as you have a million man army protecting your red ass.†Given the chance, I think those Jap’s are still a little angry with the whole “we lost†the war idea. The Japanese are an honorable people who have been completely bitched out by the western world. I think the need some redemption.
Sure they say they are sorry. Sure they mean it. Sure given the chance they would never mount a “Sony sponsored†army and kick those Chink’s into the next century? Let us not forget they have the nuke and know how to use it. The only reason they rolled over is to keep the flow of cheep Chinese labor and hookers coming their way. Be warned your days are numbered, pinko’s!
Sorry about that…

Soon I will be able to Google my house for contents. Maybe even Google my neighborhood for good looking women.
Google has expanded their service again. Google has launched, in beta, a free internet based mapping service. The service lets you view the map, get directions and them email or print them.
Pretty cool, very little load time and easy to use, check it out!

Here is a little article my Pop sent me. I have been talking about connectivity the world over for the last couple of years. The whole reason I never leave the city is because, I fear being away from my computer/cell phone. I need these things to keep going, its like coffee or air. Without them I feel lost and want to throw up.
These last couple months however, when I am away from them, I feel better, less stressed? Still throwing up but mentally, I am much more alive? Maybe I need to go away from all things electronic, maybe spend sometime in Pueblo?
