While reading this little bit about the damn Koreans and their new robot, I was scared. I am not sure anything I have read in the last 5 years has scared me as much. Let’s face it, this is just the start. It is going to take off like wildfire. The wind is blowing, and it is only a matter of time before I will have one of these damn things in my home. No not for that, it will be doing the laundry, taking out the trash and tucking the kids in.
Maybe I am not the one who should be scared. I bet the illegal aliens are shitting themselves right now. Maybe in another hundred years we will have robots in the streets asking for citizenship and free medical care?

Stars Wars the TV show is still 18 months off says Rick McCallum. Still going to revolve around the years between III and IV and have all new characters.
McCallum said they are interviewing writers; Chuck here is your chance!

The rumor mill has been in full swing since last years release of Episode III. It seems that George will make a full length TV show starting in 08. The blip I read said maybe a 100 episodes about a young Luke. Sounds kick ass, as long as Lucas has very little to do with it.

Chris Penn was found dead yesterday in his apartment. As of right now the police are not saying how he died. They are saying it was not from natural causes.
To bad, another good actor is out.

Those of you, who know me, know I am a big Sci-Fi geek. You know the kind of geek who says things like, “Deep Space Nine was way better than Voyagerâ€! Last week I read an article about the movie “Serenityâ€. This is a Sci-Fi movie based on a TV series called Firefly that originally aired back in 2002. As I was reading, I wondered how in the hell such a cool sounding show got by me? It sounded like something I might, or would have really enjoyed. So, I did what every good internet junkie does, I downloaded it from the internet torrent and watched the pilot. Needless to say, I was hooked, and couldn’t wait to see the movie.
On Friday, Chuck and I went and saw it and wow how cool! I have not been that excited to see a movie since, well I am not sure when? The movie sticks to the show and in some facets exceeds the original hands down. If you are a Sci-Fi fan or if you just want to see a well written movie, do yourself a favor and get to the theater.

It looks as though I have done it again, no not that! I have fallen for dead women; maybe this says something about me? Saw ‘Angels with Dirty faces’ on Tuesday, Ann Sheridan was staring. She is magnificent. Why, was I not told of her sooner? I don’t think they make women like that anymore?
