This is the second article I have read this year about grown meat.  It is only a few more years until this becomes common practice.  Two question remain for me – will it be lean and healthy and will it turn me into a zombie?

Over the many years I have been visiting Catholic churches I have wondered why anyone would put their hand in the germ basin which is the holly water hole.  So glad to see the Italians are leaping forward into this century with personal holy water dispensers.  See the Swine Flu is good for something.  American Catholic churches  how much longer before you are on board the germ free train?

I think this is some of the coolest stuff on the planet and so very exciting.  Just think about the possibilities!  Growing anything and everything you will ever need.  Hearts, lungs, livers.   Buying your new kidney over the counter.  Inkjet printers that right now can print out different types of tissue.  How about a new Ear!

How much longer before this will be an app on my iphone.  I want to be able to scan my body from the comfort of my own home and have it tell me what is wrong with me.  No more WebMD’ing it.   Doctors worst nightmare.

Every time I think to myself, “self technology and science are so amazing”  They go and take it just a bit further.

Sure it is just Rabbits now, but just you wait.  They will be like fake tits in another couple of years.  Dicks that is.

Yesterday I posted my first picture to Flickr in nearly three weeks. This is the first step back for me to my social media world. Over the last couple of weeks Flickr is the one service that I have really missedl. I love the ability to post a picture directly to the web so that everyone can see my them instantly.  Over the last year I have found this ability to document my life with pictures really fulfilling.

So how was nearly three weeks away from social networking and how has it effected me? These are two questions I have been asking myself over the last couple of days. To tell you the truth, I am not sure if I have answer to either yet. I do know that after the first couple of days the need to be a apart of twitter, seesmic and the rest faded. I still plan a post later on this week to talk about how it effected my everyday and what has changed since the start. For now though, I want to give everyone a heads up that I will be returning X-mas eve day with a bunch of video, mostly seemic. I am going to turn the Twitter back on that day also.

Thanks to everyone that stayed in touch while I was disconnected.

This is simply the best piece of news I have read all week.

Some crazy scientists have taken fat from the body, combine it with a concentrate of stem cells and inject it into a boob.  Guess what?  They get bigger!!  Thats right, it seems this new method, if all goes well, could become common place, like Botox.  It will take about an hour and cost no more than conventional surgery to start.  The company that has been testing it in Japan hopes to intruduce the therapy in Europe by 2008.

Looks like I am going to Europe next year.

Last month I purchased a Wii. I had been looking for a couple of months and Chuck finally found one at a local Game Stop. Since then we both have been playing the hell out of Wii Sports. So much so that Chuck actually pulled his back out a couple of weeks ago bowling. I have been lucky not to have any major injuries just a few mild aches and pains.

Last week I came across this article from Cnet about Wii Tennis, which is my favorite of the Wii sports games, and how you can really injure yourself. I think this could lead to a whole new field of sports medicine.
